International Customer Support Executive | International Voice Process

Job Role

We are hiring experienced professionals for International Customer Support roles with leading multinational organizations across Bangalore.

Experience

- 6 months to 3 years of experience in an International Voice Process (mandatory).

- Prior experience in International Customer Support, Customer Service, Customer Care, or Technical Customer Support will be an added advantage.

Qualification

- 12th Pass / PUC / Undergraduate / Graduate

- Original educational documents may be required for select openings.

Salary

- ₹24,000 – ₹50,000 per month

- Up to 40% salary hike on current CTC (as per company policy).

- Additional performance incentives for eligible roles.

Work Location

📍 East & Central Bangalore (Multiple Locations)

Shift

- US / UK / Rotational Shifts

Working Days

- 5 Days Working

- 2 Rotational Week Offs

Cab Facility

- Transportation provided as per company policy.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer interactions through voice support while delivering exceptional customer service.

- Resolve customer queries efficiently with a strong focus on first-call resolution and customer satisfaction.

- Maintain high standards of communication, quality, and compliance.

- Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

- Meet individual and team performance metrics, including productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

- 6 months to 3 years of International Voice Process experience.

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a neutral accent.

- Strong customer service, listening, and problem-solving abilities.

- Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with multiple applications.

- Willingness to work in US/UK or rotational shifts.

- Immediate joiners and candidates serving short notice periods will be preferred.
