Job Overview

Toliday Trip Private Limited is looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and assist in converting inquiries into bookings and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally.

Explain travel packages, hotel bookings, flight bookings, and other travel services.

Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with customers.

Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.

Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve assigned sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Resolve basic customer queries and coordinate with the sales/travel team.

Provide timely follow-ups and ensure a positive customer experience.

Prepare daily/weekly calling and performance reports.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or similar role.

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Good Hindi and English communication skills.

Confident and professional phone manner.

Ability to handle targets and work under pressure.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

Prior experience in the travel & tourism industry will be an advantage.
