Job Title: Telecaller – NGO
Location: A-100 Sector 4 Noida ( Nearest Metro Station 16 )
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Telecaller to support our NGO’s outreach and fundraising efforts. The candidate will contact potential donors, volunteers, and supporters to inform them about our social initiatives and encourage participation or contributions.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential donors, supporters, and volunteers.
Explain the NGO’s mission, projects, and impact clearly.
Encourage donations, event participation, or volunteer sign-ups.
Maintain records of calls and update the database.
Follow up with interested donors or supporters.
Handle queries and provide accurate information about the organization.
Achieve daily or weekly calling targets.
Requirements
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to convince and engage people on phone.
Positive attitude and interest in social work.
Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred
