We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Tele calling Executive to join our legal firm. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, understanding client legal requirements, scheduling consultations, and maintaining strong client relationships. Prior experience in a legal firm or legal services industry is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Explain legal services and solutions offered by the firm.
Generate and qualify leads through tele calling activities.
Schedule appointments and consultations for advocates/legal experts.
Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM/software.
Address client queries and provide appropriate information.
Coordinate with legal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Achieve monthly calling and conversion targets.
Maintain confidentiality of client information and legal matters.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle client objections professionally.
Good knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate, inter in any discipline.
2–5 years of telecalling/customer support experience
Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of legal service processes and client handling.
