Job Title: Telecaller – Aesthetic Clinic
Location: Kilpauk

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a results-driven Telecaller to manage inbound and outbound leads, convert enquiries into appointments, and deliver a seamless patient experience for our aesthetic services.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing calls, WhatsApp & social media enquiries
Convert leads into clinic visits and treatments
Explain services like Laser Hair Reduction, Facials, Skin Treatments clearly
Follow up with leads and maintain strong pipeline management
Coordinate with clinic team for appointments and scheduling
Achieve monthly conversion targets

Requirements:

2–3 years experience (Skin/Aesthetic clinic preferred)
Strong communication and convincing skills
Proven experience in lead handling & conversion
