Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Intern to support our team with market research, property operations, and client relations. This is a hands-on role designed to provide a 360-degree view of the real estate industry, from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Intelligence: Conduct research on local market trends, property values, and competitor listings to assist with pricing and investment analysis.

• Listing Support: Draft property descriptions, coordinate professional photography, and update listings across platforms (MLS, Zillow, etc.).

• Client Coordination: Assist in scheduling property tours, preparing "Welcome Home" folders, and responding to initial prospect inquiries.

• Digital Presence: Support social media efforts and email marketing campaigns to increase property visibility.

• Operations: Shadow experienced agents during site visits, inspections, and open houses to learn the due diligence and closing processes.
