Our Client Swastik Industrial Works is looking for a confident, enthusiastic and communication-oriented Telecalling & Business Coordination Executive to join our B2B industrial products team.

This is a professional customer coordination and business support role, suitable for candidates who enjoy communicating with customers, generating enquiries, following up with prospects and coordinating with the sales team.

This is not an aggressive target-based telecalling job. The role focuses on quality communication, lead generation, customer follow-ups, coordination and after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Make professional calls to existing and potential B2B customers.

• Generate and follow up on business enquiries and leads.

• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.

• Coordinate with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, orders and product requirements.

• Follow up with prospective customers and coordinate with the sales team.

• Maintain regular communication with existing clients.

• Handle after-sales coordination and communicate customer queries to the concerned team.

• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, enquiries and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.

• Support the sales team in developing genuine business opportunities.

• Communicate with customers through phone, WhatsApp and email as required.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates with:

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence and professionalism while speaking with customers.

• Good follow-up and coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.

• Willingness to learn about industrial products and B2B business.

• Positive attitude and professional approach.

• Freshers are welcome.

• Candidates with experience in telecalling, customer coordination, inside sales, lead generation or B2B sales support will be preferred.
