Location: A -100 sector 4 Noida ( Nearest Metro Station 16)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Telecaller to connect with potential donors, volunteers, and beneficiaries. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, sharing information about the organization’s initiatives, and encouraging donations and participation

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential donors and supporters.

• Explain the NGO’s mission, vision, and ongoing campaigns.

• Request donations and support for fundraising activities.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and donor information.

• Follow up with existing donors for renewals and updates.

• Handle inbound queries professionally and provide necessary information.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and fundraising targets.

• Maintain confidentiality of donor data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass

• Excellent communication skills

• Good convincing and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge

• Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection.
