Job Description – Telecaller (Lead Generation)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to handle outbound calls, generate leads, and promote education-related courses and programs. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with students/parents professionally and converting inquiries into leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to inform them about our courses and training programs.
Generate leads through calling, follow-ups, and maintaining strong communication.
Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities clearly.
Maintain and update the lead database with accurate information.
Convert inquiries into walk-ins/registrations by providing proper guidance.
Handle walk-in inquiries when required.
Follow up regularly with potential leads to ensure closures.
Meet daily/weekly call targets and lead generation goals.
Coordinate with the counseling and admission teams for smooth workflow.
