Adroit Synergies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Bengali Telecallers for outbound calling. The role involves connecting with customers, explaining services, and generating leads through calls.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers
Communicate effectively in Bengali
Explain services and generate interest
Handle customer queries professionally
Maintain call records and daily reports
Achieve daily/weekly targets

Requirements:

Fluency in Bengali (Mandatory)
Basic understanding of Hindi/English
Good communication and convincing skills
Freshers & experienced both can apply
Comfortable with Work From Office
