BDM profile is team building through recruitment from references and market. Support his sales team in generating business and revenues for the company.
Key Responsibilities
• Reach out to potential customers and leads via calls and other channels.
• Connect with both B2B (business) and B2C (individual) clients.
• Generate, identify, and qualify new sales leads.
• Clearly explain company products and services to prospective clients.
• Follow up consistently with interested customers to move them through the sales funnel.
• Schedule meetings and provide support to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
