💼 Salary Details

• CTC: Up to ₹21,600 per month

• Basic CTC: ₹19,000 per month

• In-Hand Salary: ₹18,400 per month

• Night Shift Allowance: ₹2,600 per month

📌 Job Responsibilities

• Handle net banking-related customer queries through email and chat support.

• Assist customers with transaction-related issues, login problems, and password resets.

• Provide clear, accurate, and professional written communication.

• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.

• Follow up on customer queries whenever required.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

🎯 Skills & Requirements

• Good English communication skills.

• Prior BPO/Customer Support experience preferred.

• Experience in Email Support/Chat Support will be an added advantage.

• Good typing and written communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

• Comfortable working in a night shift.
