Job Summary:

We are hiring Business Associates for our Back Office Operations team. The role involves handling customer queries and complaints through email while ensuring timely and accurate resolution. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and candidates looking to build a career in the BPO/Back Office domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer complaints and queries through email.

• Ensure timely and accurate closure of customer issues.

• Maintain high-quality communication and service standards.

• Follow company processes and meet productivity targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution when required.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline OR

• 3-Year Diploma (after 12th)

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Good written English communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹15,500 – ₹16,500 per month (based on interview performance and experience)

• Performance-based incentives

• Additional allowances as per company policy

• Night shift allowance (for eligible male candidates)

Training Details:

• Training Duration: 21–25 days (3 weeks)

• Training Stipend: ₹381 per working day

Shift Details:

• 9-hour shift (8 working hours + 1-hour break)

• Rotational shifts with rotational weekly off

Shift Timings:

Female Candidates:

• Rotational day shifts between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM

Male Candidates:

• Rotational day and night shifts

• Night shift allowance applicable
