Job Description – Business Associate (Back Office)

Position: Business Associate (Back Office Operations)

Job Location:
Phase II, Panchkula, Haryana

Job Responsibilities

• Handle back-office operations by resolving customer complaints through email communication.

• Ensure timely and accurate closure of complaints.

• Maintain quality standards while handling email-based queries.

• Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to ensure effective issue resolution.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,500 – ₹16,500 per month (Based on Interview & Experience)

• Performance-based Allowances & Incentives

• Night Shift Allowance (Applicable for Male Candidates)

Training Details

• Training Duration: 3 Weeks (21–25 Days)

• Training Stipend: ₹381 per working day

Shift Details

• Flexible / Rotational Shifts

• Rotational Weekly Offs

• Working Hours: 9 Hours (8 Hours Working + 1 Hour Break)

Shift Allocation

• Female Candidates: Rotational Day Shifts between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM

• Male Candidates: Rotational Day & Night Shifts (Night Shift Allowance Applicable)

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation in any discipline OR

• 3-Year Diploma after 12th

Skills Required

• Good written English communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts.

• Good typing speed and attention to detail.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
