## Salary

- ₹12,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on experience & process)

- Fresher/Experienced (Non-DRA): ₹12K–15K

- CS Experience Required (Non-DRA): ₹15K–18K

- DRA Process: ₹16K–20K

## Eligibility

- Qualification: 10+2 (Intermediate) or above

- Experience: Fresher & Experienced both welcome

- Languages: Hindi (excellent) + basic English

## Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls for EMI reminders & pending payment follow-ups

- Handle customer queries professionally

- Update call records in CRM system

- Achieve daily/monthly collection targets

- Escalate unresolved issues appropriately

- Follow company policies & collection guidelines

## Required Skills

- ✅ Strong verbal communication & convincing skills

- ✅ Basic computer & typing knowledge

- ✅ Ability to handle pressure & meet targets

- ✅ Good listening & problem-solving abilities

- ✅ Prior telecalling/collections experience (preferred)
