Inside Sales Executive (Pre-Sales – Old Gold Buying)

Duties, Responsibilities, Accountabilities, KRA & KPI Framework

1. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Outbound Calling & Lead Engagement

• Make structured outbound calls to fresh leads, campaign leads, and existing customer databases daily.

• Engage prospects confidently, explain the old gold buying and pledged gold release process clearly.

• Qualify leads based on intent, gold availability, and transaction readiness.

Appointment Fixing & Walk-In Generation

• Convert qualified calls into confirmed branch visit appointments.

• Follow up on commitments and no-shows to re-engage and reschedule.

• Maintain a daily walk-in pipeline and meet or exceed monthly branch visit targets.

Objection Handling

• Handle objections related to gold rate, purity assessment, trust, and documentation requirements.

• Use structured scripts and product knowledge to address concerns without escalating to supervisors for routine queries.

• Stay updated on gold rate movements, competitor offers, and Value Gold's current schemes.

CRM Updation & Lead Management

• Update every call outcome, lead status, and appointment detail in the CRM system — same day, no backlog.

• Maintain accurate disposition tags (Interested / Follow-up / Appointment Fixed / Not Interested / Not Reachable).

• Reactivate dormant leads from old databases periodically as per campaign direction.

Follow-Up & Database Reactivation

• Execute structured follow-up cycles — Day 1, Day 3, Day 7 — for warm leads.

• Reactivate old customer database leads for repeat transactions and referrals.

• Coordinate with branch teams on walk-in conversion outcomes for feedback loop.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Track personal daily metrics: calls made, connected calls, appointments fixed, walk-ins generated.

• Report daily performance summary to the Team Leader / Sales Manager.

2. ACCOUNTABILITIES (Non-Negotiable)

The Inside Sales Executive is fully answerable for the following — no excuses accepted:

• Daily call volume and connection rates

• Appointment conversion ratio — calls to confirmed walk-ins

• CRM data accuracy and zero backlogs

• Walk-in generation and monthly revenue contribution

• Quality of lead qualification — no junk appointments

• Database reactivation and dormant lead recovery
