About the Role

We are looking for a results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth, generate leads, acquire clients, and build strong customer relationships for Antiquely Home Décor.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities and leads.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.

• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.

• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Good knowledge of Telugu, English, and Hindi.

• Target-oriented and confident personality.

• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Experience in home décor, e-commerce, retail, or lifestyle products is an advantage.

• It is a Full Time కస్టమర్ మద్దతు / టెలికాలర్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
