Telecaller

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team . The role involves Engaging with students and parents over the phone, providing information about our services.

the position offers a salary of ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 with incentive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and counsel students regarding education options in India and abroad

• Provide accurate information on courses, universities, admission processes, and visa basics

• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions

• Maintain records of calls and student interactions

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Job Requirements:

• Strong spoken English and communication skills.

• Good knowledge of domestic and international education systems.

• Convincing ability and customer-focused approach.

• Basic computer skills and CRM handling.
