Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers (Pre-Sales Executives) . The selected candidate will connect with prospective patients, explain the hospital's IVF services, understand their requirements, answer basic queries, and schedule appointments with fertility counsellors. No prior IVF experience is required as complete training will be provided.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective patients and leads.

• Explain the hospital's IVF and fertility services.

• Handle patient queries professionally.

• Schedule appointments for the counselling team.

• Follow up with interested leads.

• Maintain accurate call records and follow-up details.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

• Graduates are preferred.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Telecalling or Pre-Sales experience is an added advantage.

• Excellent communication in Hindi and Gujarati (Mandatory)

• Basic English reading, writing, and speaking

Work Schedule

• Working Days: Monday to Sunday

• Weekly Off: Wednesday

• Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Salary

• ₹12,000/month – Freshers

• Up to ₹16,000/month – Experienced candidates with relevant telecalling/pre-sales experience and excellent communication skills.
