We are looking for a Property Manager to join our company Auction Brickz. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to property's details. The role offers In Hand Salary with attractive incentive and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth in the emerging market.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling Clients and managing them to fulfill their requirements in a professional and efficient manner.
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach
Maintain accurate records of clients interactions and follow-ups
Provide timely and relevant information to clients.
Work collaboratively with the bankers to get accurate details.
Meet performance targets, customer satisfaction, and achieve milestone monthly.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 2nd PUC and minimum 2 years experience. You will be responsible for fulfilling clients requirement, offering relevant information, and resolving complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a Working Days week during the Shift Time.
