Taksh IT Solutions Private Limited is looking for a confident and detail-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The role includes handling calls, updating and managing customer information, maintaining records, and supporting administrative tasks. Make outbound calls to customers/leads as per the assigned process.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Maintain and update customer data accurately in records/systems.
Verify information, correct errors, and identify irregularities in a timely manner.
Organize and maintain both physical and digital records for easy retrieval.
Support administrative and coordination tasks when required.
Prepare basic reports and summaries for internal team use.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive customer and company information at all times.
Graduate (mandatory).
0–1 year experience in Telecalling / Customer Support / Back Office (preferred).
Good communication skills and confidence in speaking with customers.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work in a team.
Must be comfortable with 6 days working in Day shift.
