We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at . The role involves handling calls, provided exceptional customer support and addressing queries and concerns related to REAL ESTATE. The role offers ₹15000 - ₹30000 and a dynamic environment with good opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
Address customer queries, concerns and compliants with a problem-solving approached.
maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up.
provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolved their issues.
Work collaboratively with other teams members to escalate resolved complex issues.
Meet performance including calls handling time, customer satisfaction and resolution rates.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 0.5 years of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
