Position: Business Development Executive

Location: Coimbatore

Job type : Full-Time

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (for freshers)

Performance Bonus: Up to ₹60,000

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and networking.

Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.

Develop and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business deals.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Education: Any Degree

Salary for Experienced Candidates: 20-30% hike based on current salary

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office

Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
