We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Telecaller to join our insurance sales team. You will contact potential customers, explain insurance products, and drive sales growth.

Job Responsibilities • Call Leads: Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided databases. • Pitch Insurance: Explain features and benefits of life, health, or motor insurance policies. • Understand Needs: Assess customer requirements and recommend the most suitable coverage plans. • Close Sales: Convince customers, handle objections, and guide them through the purchase process. • Maintain Records: Update customer details, call logs, and sales statuses accurately in the CRM. • Meet Targets: Achieve daily talk-time metrics and monthly sales targets.

Key Requirements • Education: High school diploma, graduate, or equivalent. • Skills: Strong communication skills, convincing power, and active listening. • Languages: Fluency in English and the regional language. • Experience: Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or insurance sales is preferred. • Attributes: High energy, persistence, and ability to handle rejection.

⏰ Work Schedule & Timing • Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. • Working Days: 6 days a week. • Weekly Off: Fixed Sunday off.

Leave Policy • First 3 Months: Probation period with no paid leaves allowed. • Post 3 Months: Eligible for 1 paid leave for every month of completed service.
