Telecaller

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products or services, and generating leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers from provided data

• Explain company services and offerings clearly

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information

• Maintain call records and update customer details

• Follow up with interested prospects

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English)

• Basic understanding of customer handling

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Working Hours:
Day shift (timings 10-7pm)

Work Mode:
On-site (Noida Sector 63)
