Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Telecaller to join our NGO team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting individuals over the phone to create awareness about our programs, support fundraising activities, and maintain positive relationships with donors, volunteers, and beneficiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to donors, volunteers, and the general public

• Explain the NGO’s mission, projects, and impact clearly and politely

• Generate donations, event participation, or volunteer registrations

• Answer questions and handle objections in a professional manner

• Maintain accurate records of calls and responses

• Follow up with interested donors or supporters

• Meet daily/weekly calling targets ethically and respectfully

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: [12th pass / Graduate preferred]

• Good communication skills

• Basic knowledge of computers and calling software

• Positive attitude, patience, and empathy

Skills & Qualities:

• Strong verbal communication

• Persuasion and negotiation skills

• Ability to work with targets

• Interest in social causes and community service
