We are looking for a motivated Telecaller for Loan & Recovery who will contact customers to remind them about pending loan payments and assist them in resolving dues. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle customers politely while ensuring timely payment recovery.
Call customers regarding pending loan EMIs and overdue payments.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely repayment of loans.
Maintain daily call records and payment status in the system.
Explain payment options, penalties, and due dates to customers.
Negotiate and convince customers to clear outstanding dues.
Escalate difficult or non-responsive cases to the supervisor.
Maintain professional communication with customers at all times.
Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi & basic English).
Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM entry).
Ability to handle customer objections politely.
