We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Corporate Gifting team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential corporate clients, introducing our gifting products, generating leads, and assisting the sales team in converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential corporate clients to introduce our corporate gifting solutions.

• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

• Explain product offerings such as customized gifts, festive hampers, employee welcome kits, and promotional merchandise.

• Maintain and update client databases and call records.

• Follow up with prospective clients via calls, emails, or messages.

• Schedule meetings or product discussions for the sales team.

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable gifting options.

• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth client handling.
