Job Description – Telecaller (Sales & Collections)

Position: Telecaller – Sales & Collections

Location: Tilak Nagar, New Delhi

Industry: Business Loan Sales & Collections

Salary: Starting from ₹20,000 per month (Salary will be decided based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

·         Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers for business loan sales.

·         Explain loan products, interest rates, and repayment terms clearly to customers.

·         Follow up with customers for pending payments and collections.

·         Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and collections.

·         Achieve daily and monthly sales and collection targets.

·         Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·         Minimum some experience in telecalling, sales, or collections.

·         Good communication and convincing skills.

·         Strong pitching and negotiation ability.

·         Ability to handle rejection and work under targets.

·         Basic knowledge of business loans and collections is preferred.

·         Comfortable working in an office-based role.
