We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Enquiry Manager cum Telecaller to handle incoming and outgoing customer enquiries, follow up on leads, and convert enquiries into sales. The candidate will act as the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and social media enquiries professionally
Make outbound calls to follow up on enquiries, leads, and pending orders
Provide accurate information about products, pricing, availability, and offers
Convert enquiries into confirmed orders or store visits
Maintain and update enquiry and customer records regularly
Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order processing
Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate issues when required
Maintain daily call and enquiry reports
Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Proven experience as a Telecaller, Enquiry Executive, or Customer Support (preferred)
Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati and English.
Confident, polite, and customer-friendly approach
Basic knowledge of computers, Excel, and WhatsApp Business
Ability to multitask and work under targets
Experience 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, enquiry handling, or sales support (preferred)
Experience in textile, saree, fashion, or retail industry will be an advantage
Work Location
