We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Telesales Executive to handle pre-generated personal loan leads. The role involves contacting customers who have already shown interest or applied for a personal loan, understanding their requirements, and coordinating with our partner banks to offer the most suitable loan options.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers who have already applied or shown interest in personal loans

• Verify customer details, eligibility, and loan requirements

• Explain personal loan offerings from partner banks including interest rates, tenure, and documentation

• Match customers with the most suitable partner bank based on eligibility and profile

• Assist customers throughout the loan application and approval process

• Follow up with customers and partner banks to ensure timely loan processing

• Update lead status and customer interactions accurately in the CRM system

• Achieve assigned conversion and disbursement targets

• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
