Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to join the growth team at Raj Enterprise. You will be the first point of contact for our potential customers. Your primary goal is to reach out to leads, explain our services/products, and convert them into successful sales or appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential customers from the provided database.

• Explain the features and benefits of our products/services clearly and confidently.

• Handle customer objections and "no's" with a positive attitude.

• Maintain accurate records of all calls and follow-ups in our system/Excel.

• Achieve daily and weekly calling and sales targets.

Requirements

• Education: 12th Pass or Graduate (any stream).

• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with excellent communication are welcome).

• Languages: Fluency in Hindi and [Gujarati]. Basic English is a plus.

• Skills: Strong convincing power, patience, and a pleasant telephone etiquette.

• Tools: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and smartphones.
