Position: Telecaller (Male)
Location: Jaipur
Job Type: Full-Time (Work From Office)
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on Experience)
Experience Required: 0-1 Years

Quality Education is a leading coaching institute dedicated to Competitive and Government Exam preparation. We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to handle student inquiries and support the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

• Call prospective students and explain courses and programs.

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.

• Follow up with interested students and parents.

• Maintain call records and update CRM/Excel sheets.

• Generate and nurture leads for admissions.

• Resolve basic student queries and provide accurate information.

• Coordinate with the counseling and admissions team.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi.

• Basic English communication preferred.

• Confident and polite telephone etiquette.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

• Ability to convince and build rapport with students.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Eligibility

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred.

• Freshers can apply.

• Prior experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, or Counseling will be an advantage.
