Technical Support Executive

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers through inbound and outbound voice calls.

• Troubleshoot antivirus, software, operating system, and application-related issues.

• Diagnose technical problems and provide effective solutions within the defined timelines.

• Guide customers step-by-step to resolve their technical concerns.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.

• Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the system.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support teams when required.

• Follow company processes and quality standards during customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate Freshers are eligible to apply.

• Undergraduates must have a minimum of 6 months of documented work experience.

• Candidates from B.Tech, BCA, MCA, Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar technical backgrounds are preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.

• Basic understanding of computer systems, software, and troubleshooting concepts.

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

• Willingness to work with rotational week-offs.
