Job Title: Female Telecaller / Sales Coordinator

​Job Summary:

​We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Female Telecaller to join our team at Nirman Shristi Build Mart. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, informing them about our wide range of hardware and construction materials, and convincing them to visit our showroom.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Customer Outreach: Making outbound calls to potential clients and explaining our product range (Hardware, Electrical, Plumbing, etc.).

​Sales & Persuasion: Effectively convincing customers and generating interest in our premium showroom materials.

​Lead Management: Maintaining a record of daily calls, customer feedback, and scheduling follow-ups.

​Product Awareness: Learning about the various brands and materials we stock to provide accurate information to clients

​Candidate Requirements:

​Personality: Must have a pleasing personality with excellent verbal communication skills.

​Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers and handle queries professionally.

​Eligibility: We welcome applications from both married and unmarried candidates.

​Experience: Freshers are welcome; however, previous experience in telecalling or sales is a plus.

​Language: Proficiency in Hindi and basic English.
