Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective customers, generating leads, explaining property projects, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team. Candidates should have good communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.

- Explain company projects and services.

- Generate and qualify leads.

- Schedule site visits and appointments.

- Handle customer queries professionally.

- Maintain follow-ups and update CRM records.

- Coordinate with the sales team.

- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Eligibility

- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.

- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate.

- Good communication skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and a positive attitude.
