Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to handle customer calls, follow-ups, enquiries, and appointment coordination. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining good customer relationships and generating store visits through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

• Follow up with customers regarding jewellery enquiries, purchases, quotations, and appointments.

• Inform customers about new jewellery collections, offers, events, and special promotions.

• Generate and maintain customer leads through calls and follow-ups.

• Invite customers to visit the showroom and coordinate appointments.

• Handle incoming customer calls and respond professionally to enquiries.

• Understand customer requirements and direct them to the appropriate sales team.

• - Maintain accurate call records, customer details, follow-up dates, and enquiry status.

• Regularly follow up with interested customers until conversion.

• Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer visits and requirements.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and follow-up targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.

• Pleasant voice, confident personality, and professional telephone etiquette.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use WhatsApp/CRM systems.

• Good convincing and follow-up skills.

• Customer-service-oriented attitude.

• Ability to handle multiple customer follow-ups systematically.

• Previous experience in telecalling, jewellery, retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
