📝 Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling students/customers, explaining our courses and services, handling inquiries, and supporting admissions and lead generation activities.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers

  • Handle inbound calls and resolve queries

  • Explain course details, fees, and admission procedures

  • Follow up with interested leads via calls and WhatsApp

  • Maintain daily call reports and update CRM/lead data

  • Achieve assigned targets and support the sales team

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

  • Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply

  • Good communication skills in English & Hindi

  • Basic computer knowledge is required
