We are looking for a proactive and communicative Client Coordination Executive who will be responsible for handling client interactions and ensuring smooth query resolution. The role involves connecting with both new and existing clients, especially leads generated through IndiaMART campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with new and existing clients to understand and resolve their queries
Handle leads received from IndiaMART campaigns and follow up accordingly
Maintain proper records of client interactions and contact details
Build and maintain good relationships with clients
Ensure timely response and coordination for all client requirements
Requirements:
Good Hindi communication skills (mandatory)
Basic understanding of client handling / telecalling
Ability to manage and organize lead data
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
