About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Loan Processing & Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling loan leads, communicating with customers, collecting required information/documents and coordinating with the internal login and lending partner teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming loan enquiries and leads.

• Understand customer requirements and explain suitable loan products.

• Collect and verify basic customer information and required documents.

• Follow up with customers for pending documents and information.

• Coordinate with the login/processing team for case submission.

• Track applications from lead → login → approval → disbursement.

• Regularly update customers regarding their application status.

• Maintain proper records of leads and applications.

• Follow up with lending partners for pending cases

• It is a Full Time కస్టమర్ మద్దతు / టెలికాలర్ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
