Haven Hues Infra Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, well-presented and result-oriented Telecaller with good communication skills and experience in telecalling or customer handling. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, explaining real estate projects, generating leads and scheduling client meetings and site visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company's database.

• Introduce and explain real estate projects, property details, pricing and offers.

• Generate qualified leads and schedule client meetings and site visits.

• Follow up with interested prospects to maintain engagement and support conversions.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.

• Maintain updated call records, customer feedback and follow-up schedules in the CRM.

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead handovers and client follow-ups.

• Achieve daily calling and lead-generation targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or undergraduate candidate with relevant experience.

• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales or real estate is preferred.

• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

• Professional appearance, confidence and a customer-friendly attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.

• Ability to manage multiple leads and work towards targets.

• Fluency in Hindi; knowledge of English is an added advantage.
