Job Summary
The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting prospective students, handling admission-related inquiries, providing information about academic programs, and supporting the admissions team in converting leads into enrollments. The role requires excellent communication skills, follow-up management, and customer-oriented service.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students from the lead database.
Handle inbound admission inquiries professionally.
Explain courses, eligibility criteria, fee structure, scholarships, and admission procedures.
Follow up regularly with interested candidates and parents.
Schedule counseling sessions, campus visits, and admission interviews.
Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/database systems.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead-conversion targets.
Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams for smooth student onboarding.
Resolve queries and provide timely information to applicants
