🚨 We’re Hiring: Call Center Executive 🚨

📍 Location: Kolkata
💼 Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in BPO / Call Center
💰 Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month

We are looking for energetic and professional Call Center Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, customer handling abilities, and prior experience in the BPO industry.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
Maintain proper call records and follow-up details
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Meet daily and monthly performance targets
Coordinate with internal teams when required

🔹 Eligibility Criteria:

Only candidates with BPO / Call Center experience can apply
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Basic computer knowledge is mandatory
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
