Telecaller

Global Refinement Solutions is seeking a confident and motivated Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and provide information about company services. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude toward customer interaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential client and follow up on inquiries

Receive inbound calls and provide accurate information about services

Explain company products/services clearly and professionally

Maintain daily call records and update customer details

Generate leads and schedule appointments for counselors/sales team

Handle client queries and resolve basic issues

Maintain proper call etiquette and professional behavior

Required Skills:

Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English

Basic computer knowledge

Convincing and customer-handling skills

Ability to work under targets

Positive attitude and teamwork skills

Educational Qualification:

Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred)

Experience:

Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
