Role Overview:
This role is for individuals who can confidently handle customer conversations and turn every interaction into a positive experience. You’ll be responsible for managing queries across voice, chat, and email while maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer interactions (Inbound/Outbound – Voice, Chat & Email)
Resolve queries, concerns, and complaints with clarity and efficiency
Maintain professionalism and a customer-first approach in every interaction
Follow defined processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
Meet performance metrics (quality, productivity, CSAT)
Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
Eligibility:
Minimum 6 months BPO/Customer Support experience preferred
Strong English communication (spoken & written)
Basic computer skills & typing proficiency
Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
Work Details:
