Position

Telecaller – Inbound & Outbound Sales (Voice + Chat Support)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and answer product-related queries.

• Make outbound calls to leads generated through social media, websites, and advertisements.

• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.

• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, website chat, and social media messages.

• Explain Ayurvedic and Herbal products clearly and confidently.

• Build trust with customers and provide excellent service.

Requirements

• 6 Month –3 Years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or inside sales.

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi.

• Basic English communication is preferred.

• Experience using WhatsApp Business, CRM software, or chat support tools.

• Good listening and convincing skills.

Preferred Skills

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

• Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
