Job description:

We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Female Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build positive relationships with customers while achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote the company's products and services

• Conduct warm calls by following up with existing leads, previous inquiries, and interested customers

• Handle inbound customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

• Explain product features, services, pricing, and offers clearly to customers

• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through effective communication

• Follow up regularly with prospective customers to convert leads into business opportunities

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and call outcomes in the CRM or company system

• Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team, when required

• Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling, follow-up, and lead generation targets

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries

• Visit client locations for meetings and field rounds once or twice a month, as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketing Executive, Customer Support Executive, or in a similar role (preferred)

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (additional languages are an advantage)

• Good interpersonal and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM software

• Ability to handle customer objections professionally

• Strong listening, negotiation, and follow-up skills

• Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets

• Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach
