About the Role

FABASIAN is looking for a confident, energetic and target-oriented Telecaller Executive to manage customer enquiries received through IndiaMART and convert them into qualified sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to daily IndiaMART enquiries.

• Call new leads promptly and understand customer requirements.

• Explain FABASIAN's office and institutional furniture products.

• Collect details such as product, quantity, size, specifications, budget, delivery location and timeline.

• Share catalogues, product images, specifications and quotations through WhatsApp/Email.

• Generate and qualify genuine B2B sales leads.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.

• Maintain accurate lead and customer records in Excel/CRM.

• Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, site visits and order processing.

• Handle customer queries and basic price objections professionally.

• Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.

Skills & Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Confident and professional telephone communication.

• Strong follow-up and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp and Email.

• Positive, energetic and target-oriented attitude.

• Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.

• IndiaMART experience will be an advantage.

• B2B sales or furniture industry experience will be preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Performance Expectations

The candidate will manage the complete lead cycle:

IndiaMART Lead → Calling → Requirement Understanding → Catalogue → Quotation → Follow-up → Negotiation → Order

Salary & Incentives

₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives

Additional incentives may be provided based on sales performance and target achievement.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday: [9:00 AM – 6:00 PM]
Sunday: Weekly Off
