Telecaller

We are looking for a Telecaller / Relationship Executive to join our team. The role involves handling customer calls, explaining loan products, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the loan processing journey. The position offers ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month along with incentives and opportunities for career growth in the fintech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound customer calls professionally.

• Explain loan and financial products to customers and answer their queries.

• Generate leads and follow up with potential clients.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable financial solutions.

• Maintain customer relationships and ensure smooth communication throughout the process.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and customer support.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update information regularly.

• Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 3 years of experience. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. The role requires good communication skills in Hindi, a positive attitude, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be comfortable interacting with customers, handling follow-ups, and achieving targets. English communication skills will be an added advantage.

This is a Work From Office role in Noida. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
