Job వివరణ

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Study Abroad tele caller with 1 year of experience in handling Bachelor and Master’s degree enquiries. The candidate will be responsible for calling students, managing leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls for Bachelor and Master’s study abroad enquiries
Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Explain Various Courses And Their Benefits To Candidates Through Phone Calls Or In Person.
Follow up Daily Calls to Maintain Relationships with Candidates Looking for Various Courses and Universities.

Required Skills:

Minimum 1 year experience in overseas education (Master’s programs preferred)
Strong communication and convincing skills
Knowledge of major study destinations (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Malaysia and Europe)
Basic understanding of IELTS/GRE/GMAT requirements
Target-oriented and self-motivated
